Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for return/exchange within 3 days of delivery as per following Terms & Conditions:

  • If a wrong, faulty, damaged product is delivered, notify us within 24 hours of shipment receiving along with photographic evidence of product and packaging.
  • The product that is being returned by the customer must be unused, complete, tagged and intact. Product and product packing should be unblemished and in its original condition.
  • In Following Cases returns will not be acceptable:
    1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
    2. Product is damaged because of use, product is tempered or any thing missing from the package or packing is not in original condition.
    3. Item sold on sale/discount cannot be returned.
    4. For bulky items, if any part damage during transportation we will only replace that part whole product will not be exchange.
    5. Products which are required assembling ( treadmill, elliptical, Bikes, Gym, Benches, TT Tables etc)
    6. Products which are customized (i.e. Racket with stringing) on customer request.
    7. Products which are not regular products and arranged on customer special request.
    8. Products that are not purchased from sportsnation.pk
  • Courier cost of return/exchange item will be borne by the customer. In case the item is received damaged or the size you ordered is not the size you received, Sports Nation will cover the return shipment charges by picking the goods up from your given address through courier


 

Procedure for Return & Exchange

  • For return or exchange of your purchased item please email at info@sportsnation.pk along with your order number, photographic evidence of product and packaging. We will get back to you within next 24-48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Our customer support team will check if your return/exchange request is according to company “Return & Exchange Policy” and will send you return/exchange form in which all the details instruction to return/exchange products will be included.
  • Customer will fill up the return/exchange form and put it into the package & dispatch us the product in the same packing as received and notify us the courier tracking no.
  • Upon receiving of product our quality check team will inspect the product condition if they find product according to “Return & Exchange Policy”, we will process customer return/exchange request.
  • If customer required sending more amount for exchanging products, shipment will be dispatched after receiving the difference amount.


 

Refund for approved Returns:
  • Customer will be eligible for refund after the product has been returned and accepted for return as per “Return & Exchange Policy”.
  • We will refund amount within 10 working days from the time we receive the returned goods.
  • Refund amount will be issued after deducting Bank Charges and shipping charges.
  • If order was shipped on “Free Shipping” basis shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
Refund for Cancelled Orders (Before Dispatch):
  • We will refund amount within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of your order.
  • Refund amount will be issued after deducting Bank Charges.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are not included in our products prices.
  • Shipping charges charged on the basics of product weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.
  • Shipping charges depends on your payment method. If pre-payment method then standard shipping charges will apply or if you select COD shipping then charges are higher because Courier Company charge higher shipping prices.
  • You can calculate shipping charges by adding product in cart and select your destination city on cart page, our website will automatically calculate shipping charges for you.
  • If your city / Town / Village do not have courier service office then In some cases depending on your destination you may need to pick up from nearest city courier office or you have to pay extra delivery charges in order to ship at your doorstep.


 

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We usually deliver orders in 3 to 7 working days depends on your products and shipping destination.
  • You will receive auto email/SMS notification when your order will be Shipped. It means that your order has been packed and shipped.


 

Shipment Tracking

  • If you order as a guest customer you can track your order on “Track your Order” page. Enter your Order number and Email address to track your order status.
  • You can anytime “Login” to your account on our website to check status of your order.
  • You can get your order courier tracking number by login in your account and track your order on courier company website.
  • You will also receive an Email having courier tracking number when your order has been shipped.
  • It is always advised first try to track your parcel at courier website. If you find any delays contact with courier company customer support, if you still face any problem you can always contact sports Nation customer support. They will help you to track your parcel.


 

Order Receiving

  • All order are perfectly packed and sealed under CCTV Monitoring in our warehouse before shipping.
  • Upon receiving order, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit.
  • We request not to sign and accept package if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment.
  • If you find any product in the box is broken, tampered or missing when you open the package, please save all the packages and make pictures.
  • Please contact Sports Nation customer support via info@sportsnation.pk within 24 hours of receiving the shipment along with pictures.


 

Free Shipping

  • If you choose pre-payment methods and order amount Rs. 20,000 then free shipping will apply throughout Pakistan.
  • If your city / Town / Village do not have courier service office then In some cases depending on your destination you may need to pick up from nearest city courier office or you have to pay extra delivery charges in order to ship at your doorstep.


 

Change of delivery address

  • Once the order has been shipped, you cannot change the delivery address.
  • If you want to stop order due to any reason kindly write an email to us at info@sportsnation.pk or contact customer support.
