Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return/exchange within 3 days of delivery as per the following Terms & Conditions:

If a wrong, faulty, or damaged product is delivered, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, along with photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
The product returned by the customer must be unused, complete, tagged, and intact. Product and product packaging should be unblemished and in their original condition.
In the following cases, returns will not be acceptable:

Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Product is damaged because of use, product is tempered or any thing missing from the package, or packing is not in its original condition.
Items sold on sale/discount cannot be returned.
For bulky items, if any part is damaged during transportation, we will only replace that part; the whole product will not be exchanged.
Products which are required assembling ( treadmill, elliptical, Bikes, Gym, Benches, TT Tables, etc.)
Products that are customized (i.e, racket with stringing) on customer request.
Products that are not regular and are arranged on the customer's special request.
Products that are not purchased from sportsnation.pk

Setup for Return & Exchange

1: For return or exchange of your purchased item, please email info@sportsnation.pk |& Contact Number 0334-1916666 along with your order number and photographic evidence of product and packaging. We will get back to you within the next 24-48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).

2: Our customer support team will check if your return/exchange request is according to the company's “Return & Exchange Policy” and will send you a return/exchange form in which all the details and instructions to return/exchange products will be included.

3; The customer will fill out the return/exchange form,d put it into the package & dispatch the product in the same packaging as received, and notify us of the courier tracking no.

4: Upon receipt of the product, our quality check team will inspect the product's condition. If they find the product to be in accordance with the “Return & Exchange Policy”, we will process the customer return/exchange request.

5: If the customer requires sending a larger amount for exchanging products, the shipment will be dispatched after receiving the difference amount.

6: If the parcel arrives damaged or the customer receives an incorrect or different product from the one ordered, return and exchange shipping charges will be fully covered by the company.

Refund for approved Returns:

The customer will be eligible for a refund after the product has been returned and accepted for return as per the “Return & Exchange Policy”.
We will refund the amount within 10 working days from the time we receive the returned goods.
The refund amount will be issued after deducting Bank Charges and shipping charges.
If the order was shipped on a “Free Shipping” basis, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of a refund, only the product amount will be refunded. The delivery charges and any return shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
Regarding the return shipping, the parcel must be returned through our designated courier company. If you use any other courier service, the parcel will be sent at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage. In addition, we will not cover or reimburse the return shipping charges for parcels sent through other courier companies.
Before returning the parcel, kindly get in touch with our team first. We’ll be happy to guide you through the return process and share all the necessary details of our return policy to make the process as smooth as possible

Refund for Cancelled Orders (Before Dispatch):

We will refund the amount within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of your order.
The refund amount will be issued after deducting Bank Charges.
